On March 10th, 2026, the Gstaad Yacht Club provided the elegant setting for the first edition of The Black Pearl Awards. In a venue defined by Alpine sophistication, discretion, and long-standing tradition, leading producers, experts, and world acclaimed Chefs gathered to celebrate excellence in one of gastronomy’s most refined delicacies.

The Black Pearl Awards were created to recognise the finest caviars from around the world, honouring craftsmanship, quality, and the enduring heritage of sturgeon roe.

Following a rigorous tasting and evaluation process, the jury of the inaugural Black Pearl Awards selected the caviars that best exemplify excellence in quality, craftsmanship, and sensory refinement. The 2026 winners represent the highest expression of this exceptional delicacy.
