The first edition
In a setting of Alpine discretion, leading producers and six acclaimed chefs met for the first Black Pearl Awards: a blind competition created to recognise the finest caviars in the world, and the craftsmanship behind them.
The 2026 edition laid the foundation of an international reference for caviar excellence.
